Welcome to my website. From the time I was diagnosed I was really scared and I felt hopeless as if I would never live a normal life as there was no crohn's cure. I went through a period when I no longer wanted to live, but then I changed my state of mind and said I am going to BEAT this crohn's thing. That change of mind allowed me to take back my life with force. I am now med and virtually symptom free from crohn's disease, and if you are ready to take control of your health I believe in my heart you can find a way to improve your health as well.

I decided to make this site to show people there are other answers to IBDS like Crohn's & Colitis besides drugs. Maybe I can provide some answers for you or a loved one or guide you in the right direction where ultimately you can regain your life back. There may be a crohn's cure or colitis cure or maybe I'll say "heal"
